The inspiration for the design came from one of my colleagues.
She lives in student housing where the kitchen has to be shared.
Due to space constraint in her fridge and her habit of eating half an Avocado increased her issues in life. She had to use a large Tupperware box to store it.
Due to my novice experience in 3d printing, I took up this task of solving her issues.
I designed a thin-shelled Avocado storage box to store a half-eaten avocado safety.
There were some issues at the beginning with regard to the average size of Avocado in Denmark. But in the end, I was able to design one that fitted at least 100% of the average avocados' sold near my house.
I hope I could solve one issue in life :)
