AXA Indicator Holder for Accusize

I saw Blondihack's (https://blondihacks.com/) version of this and made one for my Accusize .0005 dial indicator.

This version is threaded and requires that you run a 1/4-20 tap in the hole to clean up the 3d printed threads. it uses a 1/4-20 screw to hold the indicator on.

Added a version with the indicator set back an inch to provide more room on smaller lathes.

Fits this Accusize 0-1 0.0005 dial indicator.
