Axle upgrade adapter

This is part of an upgrade to the outstanding spool holder found at: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4814049. I was nervous about using the printed axle to hold filament above PRUSA printer since they aren't cheap, so I wanted something a little more durable. I designed this to friction fit a 3/4 inch (sorry Im in the US) wooden dowel and also to friction fit standard skateboard bearings. This works very well. If anybody wants this sized for a metric dowel, let me know what size and I'll upload a second file.
