This model was originally created to produce a longer axle washer for the Dualtron electric scooter, which allows for the use of larger tires. Several parameters are available, allowing you to create a washer with or without a cable cutout and to position this cutout anywhere around the perimeter of the washer.

You can prepare a 3D model for printing and testing, and then generate a flat version for a laser cutting machine or for printing on paper to manually transfer the design onto the material.
