The Doomsday Device was created by Azalin in an attempt to escape from the Realm of Dread, but it malfunctioned during its use. The resulting cataclysm transformed the city of Il Aluk into the Necropolis.

The extra crystal skulls are to be printed many times and placed over the fixed ones.

The Infernal Inscription writes "Doomsday Device"... (how original!)
