B Case

Insulin pump case. Designed as a 3D-printable replacement for the Tandem t:case which is used for their t:slim pumps. This design makes use of the stainless steel clip that comes with a t:case. Clip slot will orient the pump horizontally, opposite the direction that the t:case does so that the pump is not upside-down when viewed by the wearer. An integrated flexible section of the part is used to press the pump button, so the button is easy to access and not recessed in a hole. t:case (https://shop.tandemdiabetes.com/collections/cases-clips/products/t-case) I have had good results with FDM printing in PETG which is flexible enough to allow for repeated insertion and removal of the pump. Tested several iterations and this current design has lasted a couple months of regular use.
