B'oron Spool Holder

**Information:**
Voron Switchwire spool-holder remixed for 2020/2040 v-slot profile, specifically for the [Prusa i3] Bear Upgrade. Spool axle is directly - unmodified - from the Voron project, the support is remixed from the Switchwire support for use with the different extrusion profile.
