I make these for my wife's class "Treasure Box" for an airplane excited kid. The Wings are made to just fit on my printer bed, so they are each printed separately from the cards. While this one was fun to design, it is a little harder to put together then I would have liked, particularly the wings. I found in the test prints that this order seemed to be easiest.
Assemble the whole body including the tail and lower wing with the under-body wing pin
Insert the outer wing supports into the lower wing but them take them out again
Insert all wing supports into the upper wing
Starting on the back corner of one of the wings, work your way across and forward clicking in the supports into the lower wing and body
Once everything clicks in it is fairly locked in and the cross “cables” can be inserted
