[BaBo] insert Mitutoyo Micrometer/Caliper

I was inspired by https://makerworld.com/en/@Cookiedeluxe and created an insert for the BaBo system of https://makerworld.com/en/@Willi3D for my micrometer/caliper made by Mitutoyo. This is the Digimatic Outside Micrometer. This is my first submission, so I already see issues, but I have included the f3d file in a ZIP for further modifications.
