I'm a simple man. For years, I've used a washer tied to a string as a chain pull on a light fixture in my living room. My girlfriend, however, is more form over function. As a lover of anything Baby Groot, she asked if I could make her a Groot head to replace that perfectly functional washer. What's a guy to? You see she has her Groot head :)
This was modified to accept a screw eye to which you can attach the pull string - but now that I think about it, maybe even a key chain ring. Anyway, the eye hook that I used is #214 x 13/16" by Hillman, item #490966. This will screw into the hole easily, although I recommend screwing the hook in and out a little bit as you go until it is fully in to aid in cutting the threads without risking breaking the plastic. Rubbing the threads of the hook on a bar of soap first also helps lubricate it. Just a little free tip there for you :)

*Due to either a Thingiverse
