Welcome back.
Yes another Nova type. Its mission is pretty straight forward. Jump out of Hyperspace, blast away a desired ships defences and board it. This is a great Space Frame to modify. So no, big cannons are not needed. But, instead of the 2 barrel gatling cannons, why not have 4 per battery? Why, intent. Pure and simple. Capture, not destroy. This is the very ethos that would push the Earth Alliance into being a competing super power out of nowhere.
If this ship shows up on your screens with a hand full of escorts or Nova's, just head for the life pods. There's still plenty of room aboard for you and your friends too.
