That’s why I designed and tested this custom back cover replacement — to finally give it the snug, premium feel it should’ve had from day one.This model replaces the back shell of your PS5 Media remote and is optimized for both fit and finish — but fair warning: it’s a tough print. The ultra-rounded edges make it a challenge, even with a dialed-in printer: ⚠️ Heads up: the supports around the mounting clips are super delicate to remove — but they’re 100% necessary. The original design of the remote requires that the front locks into a very thin edge, so we’re stuck with that. I suggest to use a thin razor blade to remove them. I’ve tried orientations at 45°, 90°, and everywhere in between — the current angle in the file gives the best results after lots of experimentation.
