Backpack Camera Clip Carrier

This is a small camera clip to mount your compact or light mirrorless camera to your backpack strap. The intent of the design is to be secure, lightweight, adaptable to various backpacks and to be able to remove the camera quickly when needed.

I have been using this design for about 6 months and I am very happy with it. It is secure without being difficult to remove and replace camera in the clip.

If you decide to try using this design, please tether your camera to your pack with paracord and a carabiner to ensure that you don't damage your equipment if your 3d print fails. USE AT OWN RISK!.

I have printed this design with PLA and with PETG and both seem good.

Additional parts required are hook and loop fabric and a countersink head 1/4-20 screw. I got mine from Home Depot. For extra stability I have sewn on a small piece of velcro to my backpack strap to keep the plate tight to the strap.
