Backpack Repair Buckle

My Amstaff chewed the adjustment buckle of my new laptop backpack. I wanted a no sew or screw solution to repair this and modeled my buckle loosely off Molle attachments (specifically the 360 rotation clips using Fusion 360.

It can also be used to connect a chest strap if your backpack straps support this.
