backpack tensioner 25mm

Backpack strap tensioner for 25 mm width straps. There are two versions of it: v1 - with solid bar (it can be tied to a backpack only by sewing the top strap), and v2 - with cut for already sewed top strap (useful if you don't want to break the thread).
