Badge Holder

This is a badge/card holder that fits one card with the approximate dimensions of 54mm x 85.5mm x 1mm. The card must have some flexibility in order to fit in the holder.

I print with the holder standing upright on a raft with supports for the lanyard/clip slot. The upper edges/over hang of the front window and back may require supports depending on your printer and filament. Some PLA filaments printed these fine for me, whereas others struggled.

This STL model includes a cover for the front of the card which has a circular window.

It is designed so that you can easily add your own custom cover without editing the mesh. This is done by attaching the side edges where the cover is missing. The upper edge of these sides have a 45 degree 1.5mm chamfer that makes it easier to slide the card in and out. If you add a cover you should chamfer the top edge to match these edges.
