badge holder upgraded

i remixed the holder to account for center of gravity so the badge doesn't hand to the side when pen is inside, i also made the pen holder smaller to snuggly fit a normal pen inside. the original one had a problem where the badge always fell out. i extended the bottom and put a stop at the end so the card can't fall out. there is a little bit of play where the card moves around but i fixed that by putting a small piece of tape on the holder under the card acting as a rubber stopper. the card still moves freely but wont rattle around. i also recommend printing this at low speeds. anything over 25mm/s made the pen clip break once pen was attached. i have my bed at 55°c and nozzle at 210°c
