bafang wheel sensor bracket support

It's just an evolution of the orginal design, my bike frame the bafang bracket is too long if i mount it inner the frame and too short when it's outer the frame, so I have change the dimension shorter on one size, longer on the other.

I add the Fusion 360 file too.
