I've had poor luck with stress joints failing with both PLA and ABS - especially with self closing clips.

So this design uses 20mm m5 bolts (and nuts) instead.

2 clips - one 158mm and one 218mm - this is the closure dimension.

Each clip requires 2 bolts and 2 nuts (or 3 if you want to double up on the hinge).

I tried printing the top on its side to avoid supports, but the results weren't great.
