The trash bag fell into the recycle bin again. I used the little hook on the side to tighten the bag's edge around the edge of the bin. To no avail. When I added even a little bit of recycled material, the bag's edges slipped off and it fell in once again.

To be fair, this does not happen too often. I think the quality of this particular bag was not very good and the trash bag was rather thin.

Why they make bins like this that are deeper than the actual trash bags you would put in is beyond me!

I decided to design this support that you can place in the bottom of the bin so that the bottom of the bag has something to rest on.

The dimensions are such that you could put two of these next to one another at the bottom of a wider bin for the best functionality. But one probably would be good enough.

Is this the best way to handle this problem? Probably not.

It only prints on a printer with a large build volume.
