bag wrapper remix

this was a really good idea and I love the other person I just ran into some little issues with my hands and loading the bags took longer than I wanted it to. so I changed it up to make the bag load into the key first then slide it into the bag wrapper part and it works great.

I made it in millimeters the Metric system
