I work for a printer repair company and had access to a 3D printer so as a fun project I tried to replicate a part I use fairly frequently since they tend to break after a while due to the pressure they endure.

I will continue to tinker with this as I get time but for now I managed a successful prototype and uploaded that file. For my Makerbot 5th Gen I was having difficulty getting it to print at the right size so I modified the opening to 7mm instead of the proper 6. Doing so had it print out at the necessary 6mm I needed.

It properly fit only its slot and I am now currently doing a strength test of the material to get an idea of how long it will take it to break.

Feel free to try your own if you have need of the part, I will update files as I better the design.

Update: Have had the part in a printer for over a week stress testing it and trying to be as rough as possible on it without damaging the printer, and it is still holding up properly.
