UPDATE*
balance scale
print two of the plates, arms and plate holders.
print base and pillar with support (unless you change orientation)
if you print the pins by themselves, youll want to lower the printing speed for better results.
*i have printed it and it works fairly well but requires some sanding as well as the fact that the pins kinda suck but ive found that a 1/8th inch model rocket rod fits perfectly once cut to size
im also working on a one ounce weight to go with the scale, its a cube with 2.6427 for each side length with 50 percent infill, i havent calculated the weight of the walls though, if someone wants to make their own weight a cubic inch of standard solid pla weights 0.0473 pounds, multiply by 1.32135 to get a cube with that side length gets you a solid pla cube which weighs one ounce.
