Balcony Underskirt - Pet blocking solution

Interlocking modular underskirt for balconies designed to block pets from peeking (and potentially falling).
Blocks fit in small-sized printers and are designed to be printed and glued with epoxy or similar compatible glue material
Interlock hole and pin size difference provide tolerance for printing size fluctuation.
Interlock with hanger can be used to attach to a lateral railing.
Multiple designs are provided though I suggest not using the completely filled version, as it suffers from increased air resistance and will put more strain on the interlocks over time.

Made this design because my cats love to go out to the balcony but kept putting their heads and then a front portion of their torso out to survey the neighborhood. While nothing ever happened this behavior got me worried about potential accidents.
