Balloon Fish Wizard

So seeing how everyone likes balloon “dogs”, I thought I'd provide even better alternatives. This one came from a request by Douglas Downing for a fish wearing a wizard hat. Supports are required for printing. However flat bottomed variations are provided to give a more stable base. And “sized” variations are scaled to be more printable.
