Helps in tying a balloon. (1) After inflating, put balloon nozzle through "notch 1". (2) Then, follow arrows (2) around to "notch 3". (3) Hook inflated balloon through "notch 3". (4) Remove nozzle and go through "notch 4" and release. (5) Pull inflated balloon off tool. Now there is a tied balloon.
