Balloon Valve

This is my design of a 3D-printed check valve for inflating balloons. It is a small design aimed at simplifying manual balloon inflation. This model consists of two parts and is designed for print-in-place manufacturing, requiring minimal (no) assembly. While support structures are necessary, the valve prints quickly and efficiently.Key features:Material tested: PLA.Post-processing option: If print quality varies, the sealing might not be perfect. The internal surfaces can be smoothed using a flathead screwdriver by gently rotating the inner part.Functionality: Ensures a tight seal for reliable use.
