Bambu Lab A1 | Z-Axis Guide Rod Brackets

These brackets are made only for the Bambu Lab A1. They replace the factory brackets that hold the Z-axis guide rods(the smooth rods next to the lead screws). On some A1 units, users notice play / looseness in the Z-axis rod mounting area, and discussion around “normal” Z play and alignment variance comes up often.The factory brackets may also rely heavily on glue to keep the rod from shifting. Two main features: Built-in centering fins guide the rod to the middle of the bracket. The bracket hugs the rod snugly and reduces play by mechanically locating the rod even before glue is added. Material: use a tough material (PETG / ABS / ASA / nylon-type materials). Nozzle: 0.2 mm nozzle recommended (small, detailed features). Installation Slide/push the brackets down into position—the fins will center the guide rod and hold it snugly. Install and tighten the screws. Add E6000 into the top openings after the brackets are screwed in (small amount). Even though the fins locate the rod mechanica
