Bambu Phone Base

This is a base station to turn your old cell phone into a touchscreen to control your printer with the Bambu Handy App.

The base opening is enlarged, so you can design a plate for any phone to slide inside. For charging, use any 180 degree USB C or Lightning adapter. The specific adapter I used can be found here. You can modify the square plug to fit any adapter you purchase. Or, you can fill the void with hot glue. The choice is yours. Chaotic evil, or boring neutral.



In this example, I am using a Redmi Note 8 Pro. It is a decently powerful Android Phone that can be found for less than a hundred bucks.
