This is a simple grip. Especially convenient for band stretching.

The other day, when I was watching TV, the actress was stretching her shoulders with straps, then I wanted to do it myself.

At first it was so simple that I didn't intend to upload it, but when I made it, it fits surprisingly in my hand and stretching is easy because hands are not tired.
So, I decided to upload it.

When printing out, scale it according to the size of your hand.
