Baofeng PanaVise Mount

This is a PanaVise mount for a Baofeng F8HP handheld radio, although it should work for other, smaller Baofeng radios like the UV-5R as long as you're using the smaller battery pack.

I modeled this to use the 4 smaller holes in the PanaVise mount for an FJ Cruiser. There are two models in the folder, one which uses 8-32 brass heat set nuts, and the other which requires you to tap the holes for 8-32. I used 8-32 x .250 pan head screws on my install.

I printed mine from ABS, but PETG or PLA would probably be fine too. Print with at least 4 walls to allow enough material for tapping/putting the nuts in. 8-10% infill is fine.
