Baratza Encore Flow Control Disk (NFC)

This is a flow control disk similar to the [niche flow control disc](https://nichespares.com/products/niche-flow-control-disc). I remodelled it to fit the Baratza Encore. It's supposed to create a more consistent flow of beans to the burrs to prevent popcorning and improve grind consistency. I was inspired by [this](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HMVMrQxNXxs) video. Remove the wing nut to insert the disk (rotate right to remove) and put the wingnut back. The disk should rotate freely.

Version 3.1:
Extended the disk to decrease movement.
