Baratza Encore Stepless Conversion

This is a modification of the Baratza Encore to calibrate between steps for the use of espresso grinding.

I like repeatability and didn't like the idea of the stepless mod: removing the detent and holding the hopper in approximately the same position while grinding. Instead I spent a week of my free time on this...

Knob rotates dial from 0-9
0 will point detent at original unmodified location
9 will be almost exactly the next position
I wanted it to function like an extra decimal point of precision eg. 12.5
