Baratza Sette Grinder Shims

The grinder uses a small felt pad to maintain consistent grind settings. Over time, that felt wears out, causing the adjustment to loosen. Rather than ordering a replacement part and waiting for it to arrive, I designed a set of simple shims to restore proper tension.InstallationRemove the three screws shown in the photos.Insert one of the shims.Reassemble and test the tension.In my case, the 0.4 mm shim provided the perfect fix.
