Designed for a press fit of a 1/4-20 bold and 1/4-20 t-nut. T-nuts were all I had on hand, but you could probably tweak it to heat seat a threaded insert where the t-nut is as well, but the extra meat to the t-nut helps distribute clamping pressure as well.
