The goal was to preserve the ergonomic curvature and functional proportions of a full-sized barrel while adapting it into a compact, lightweight form suitable for visualization, prototype testing, or small-space applications.The modeling process involved precise reference measurements from the standard Pilates barrel, followed by proportional adjustments to maintain accurate geometry. The surface curvature was carefully sculpted to reflect the natural spinal alignment and support contours, ensuring both aesthetic and anatomical fidelity.This miniature version can be used for educational purposes, product concept presentations, or as part of a scaled-down equipment collection for interior or studio design mockups.
