Base 6 trial part

Part that I am currently experiencing backlash on - refer to images. Is essentially a small rectangle with a serpentine channel on the top surface. The channel does not maintain a constant width (it is designed with constant width).

Refer to illustrations for detail:
1. First image "Part as printed". X axis backlash visible as channel width is not constant. I've just tweaked the backlash setting to create this image and show you what the part actually looks like when printed.
