Basement Drain Cover

This is a cover I made for my basement drain that lets me cover the drain while providing holes for my air conditioner drain and the outlet from my dehumidifier. The holes are sized for pvc pipe. Sorry I don't have the dimensions handy but it can probably be easily resized or edited.
