basic bowden clip v5/v6

A very basic bowden clip

The height in the design is greater than 1 mm because on my printer the very first layers get squished so 1 mm height gets me about 0.6 mm for very thin pieces. Print one test then change z scale in slicer to fit.

I could not print other bowden clips with PLA and PETG, most of them broke. This is true for this design, too. The only materiel that worked so far was Nylon Taulman 230 printed at 240Celsius, though I did not try other nylons.


My settings:
hotend temperature: 240C
bed temperature: 40C
adhesive: glue stick
materiel: Nylon Taulman 230
layer height: 1.6 and 1.2
speed: 45mm/s
