While working on my latest design (coming soon to a repository near you), I found myself needing to know just how tight my printers holes were. I mean, when you're trying to ram a 3mm rod into a hole, you want it to be a tight as possible without doing any permanent damage, right?

To that end, I whipped up this basic little test block in FreeCAD that functions like bracketing on a camera (remember real cameras?) where you have the base line in the center and deviations on either side. In this case, 3mm with 2.8, 2.9, 3.1 and 3.2mm on either side. Since printers have different tolerances in the XY and Z axis', this model let's you put it in both holes.

If you're shaft is larger than mine, you can easily modify this simply by changing the dimension specified in the "customize" sketch. Once the model is recomputed, the offsets are automatically calculated. You will have to modify the numbers manually in the Body>Poket001-numbers>ShapeString object data, but that's no big deal.
