Basic NVD Helmet Mount

I was impressed with mming1106’s NVG Mount and I printed it out for my helmet.

I thought that the community might benefit from a vanilla mount that other attachments and mount could be added to and here it is.

While I was at it I enlarged the locking tab holes to 5mm so a standard click ballpoint pen spring could be used. Just cut the spring in half and use half in each hole.
