# A basic garden shed model
A 3D FreeCAD model for a garden shed. This is my first CAD model, so please excuse beginner mistakes.
Materials have been selected from my local hardware store's inventory and their respective sizes. This model uses the metric system. A conversion to imperial should be fairly straight forward.
### Features:
- 3m x 4m concrete foundation (actual thickness tbd)
- 60cm (24") on center 2x4 advanced-ish framing
- 30° Gable roof (2x6, no truss)
- 12mm OSB wall sheathing
- 18mm OSB roof sheathing
- Taped gaps between OSB sheets and foundation
- 1x Door (80cm x 200cm RO)
- 1x Window (80cm x 80cm RO)

- Roofing
- Siding
- Insulation
- Dry Wall
- Flooring
- Window + Door
