I wanted a basic cord winder to shorten an overly long USB cable, and couldn't find anything that both wound from the middle of the cable, and didn't force the cable through an extremely sharp corner.
Posts ensure a minimum bend radius of 1/2". Default dimensions are large enough to accommodate shortening a 1/8" wire by up to approximately 2 ft.
1/4" hole in the center to facilitate mounting if desired.
