Basketball Pole Wall brackets

We decided that we did not like the basketball hoop base which was large and bulky so I decided to mount it against the and therefore needed standoffs/mounts. The pole Diameter is 70mm and the standoffs is 60mm between pole and wall to accommodate the bolts at the back. The standoff gets bolted to the wall with 10mm masonry bolts or similar.
