Bassoon Reed Flat Shaper

This is a clamping and cutting template for bassoon reed shaping after the cane has been split and gouged. Its dimensions are modeled after the Fox #2 (medium) shaper.

Recommend using PETG or nylon to avoid cracking under clamping pressure. Of course, printed plastic will cut if you're not careful with your knife, unlike the gorgeous machined aluminum of the commercially available reed shapers. But those cost 200 simoleons and this bad boy is free. So thems the breaks.
