This top hat fits perfectly on top of my bassoon. The hole is 70mm throughout the hat but 47mm for the top couple layers to keep it from falling lower without affecting the pitch (even the pitch of the low Bb).

I printed it at 10% infill with glow in the dark PLA and it was awesome in the pit orchestra for Willy Wonka.
