Click Bat-lights come with a hook to allow them to be hung vertically. But I needed one to hang horizontally from a pavilion ridge pole. The resulting hook can be used for hanging up any cylindrical object.
This design allows you to adjust any of the parameters. The most interesting ones are
* `diam`: the diameter of the large hook that fits over the bat-light.
* `d`: the diameter (or width) of the pole to hang from
* `clearance`: the distance from the top of the bat-light to the top of the ridge pole.
* `w`: the width of the hook, measured along the bat-light.
* `angle`: the size of the hook around the bat-light. If you change this too much, you won't be able to snap the hook on.
You need two hooks. The build I did used `diam`=36mm and `w`=5mm for the hook at the lamp end, and `diam=35` `w`=6mm for the other end, and I used a 12mm `d`, 60mm `clearance`. I've saved these as STL files.
You can adjust `h` downwards a bit --- I set it to 3 mm at one point, b
