Battery holder

All versions I have seen had the battery holder too close to the table surface making it hard to grasp a battery. This is a quick mod.
Supports needed.

**Update**

I found the batteries will get stuck and are hard to fish out with these holders. They don't roll out easily. This last mod (battv3 file...orange one), has a wider window opening which is meant to "finger" the batteries when they jam.

I used 12% infill and "supports everywhere"
