BattleTech Number Dials

I had problems getting the dials to spin and always ended up sanding out a bit of the middle of the number dial.

Decided to do a quick change.
1) Changed the base core to be a Flexi Snap
2) Resized the Number wheel to be 35.5mm (Slightly Smaller)

Remains compatible with the existing Tops.
