This is a mount for BTT microprobe for the sprite extruder on the right side.
I printed it with this orientation without support.
the offset for this mount :
copy paste theese lines in the klipper config under [probe]

y_offset: 0
The original one was for the CRTouch and this a remix from rsheasby on printables
